Saturday, April 04, 2020: 11:00am - 12:20pm

Access Smithsonian, theĀ Institute for Human Centered Design (IHCD), andĀ MuseWeb have been gathering essays for the online publication, Inclusive Digital Interactives: Best Practices, Innovative Experiments, and Questions for Research. Being launched at MW20, this globally sourced document represents current theory and practice in designing interactives for the spectrum of museum visitors with a broad range of abilities, age, and culture. The work behind selected essays from the collection are presented in this session and the audience is invited to pose questions and offer potential solutions and problems for further research, experimentation, and evaluation in the field.
