In this demonstration Getty staff will share what we learned from the first phase of work on a website redesign that is serving as a pilot for digital transformation inside our organization. Our focus is on structured content (what is it and why do it?), but we are also happy to discuss all other aspects of the project, including overall approach, stakeholder management and decision-making, audience strategy, challenges of mitigating the disconnect between old and new sites, implementation of a refreshed brand, CMS setup, redo of our global IA, collaboration with a design-build partner and—of course—the actual built pages themselves.
